About KB PŘEKLADY
KB PŘEKLADY is a translation agency we founded with a single goal: to ensure that translating official documents is no longer a headache. Over the course of more than 12 years, we have grown from a small office into an agency with three branches—in Prague, Brno, and Pardubice.
We work with a network of over 50 court-certified translators covering more than 17 language combinations—ranging from widely spoken languages like English, German, and Russian to less common ones that are hard to find elsewhere. Every translator in our network is officially registered as an expert/translator and has passed our internal quality assessment.
We never tell our clients that something is impossible. Instead, we find a solution—whether it involves the urgent translation of a birth certificate or the legalization of a contract for a foreign authority.
How it works?
Step 1 — Send your document Send your document by email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or bring it in person to one of our offices in Prague, Brno, or Pardubice. A photo or scan is sufficient — it doesn’t need to be perfect.
Step 2 — Get a quote and timeline Your manager will get back to you within 30 minutes with an exact price and delivery date. No obligation — if it doesn’t work for you, that’s fine.
Step 3 — A sworn translator handles your order From our network of 50+ translators, we select a specialist for your document type and language. The completed translation undergoes internal quality control before you receive it.
Step 4 — Pick up or receive your translation Pick up in person, or we send it by post or courier. A PDF copy is sent by email on the day of completion — free of charge.
What you can count on
We know what Czech authorities require. After 12 years and 200,000+ orders, we know exactly which format the Foreign Police accepts, what MŠMT requires for nostrification, and what a notary needs for a certified signature. Translations from us pass on the first attempt.
We’ll tell you what you need — and what you don’t. Came in with five documents but the authority only needs two? We’ll tell you. We’re not looking to sell you unnecessary translations. We want you to come back next time — and recommend us to others.
Price in 30 minutes, translation in 2–3 days. Send your document and within half an hour we’ll confirm the price and deadline. Standard sworn translation: 2–3 business days. Urgent? Express delivery within 24 hours — just let us know.
One person from start to finish. At each branch, a dedicated manager handles your case personally. Not a form. Not a chatbot. A real person who picks up when you call and knows your situation.
